This portrait of Buzz Aldrin was taken by fellow astronaut Neil Armstrong when the 2 walked on the floor of the Moon in 1969 as a part of the Apollo 11 mission. The Hasselblad digital camera that this picture was taken with was really connected to Armstrong’s go well with, and was fitted with a Réseau plate, resulting in the cross-hatches seen.
